Hassle-Free Return / Exchange

At Montrez & Co.,, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and enjoyment with your watch purchase. We have implemented a hassle-free, 7-day return policy to accommodate any requests for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn and undamaged. Upon meeting these criteria, we will either exchange the watch or provide a full refund based on the original payment method. It is important to return all items in the same condition, including accessories, to the original point of sale.

Refunds will be processed once our watch experts have inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. If you made your purchase through a trade-in or wish to exchange the watch, we will issue store credit instead.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for personalized or engraved items, as well as damaged or worn watches. If any items that were sold with the watch are missing or if the watch shows signs of wear or damage, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the return.

Return / Exchange Procedures:

1. Contact your Montrez & Co. Client Advisor within 7 days from the date of collection or arrival to request a return authorization.

2. Once the return authorization has been issued, we will email you pre-paid, fully-insured shipping labels. Please follow the Shipping Information provided to ensure that your watch is protected and fully insured during transit.

3. Ensure that all original contents are included in your return package, such as the watch, boxes, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers.

International Returns:

International buyers can also initiate returns; however, the responsibility for return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes lies with the buyer. All other aspects of the return policy mentioned above apply to international returns as well. Please contact your Client Advisor to request a return authorization and initiate the process.
